Transposed Pass - 2005
Transposed Pass was the culmination of a month-long residency in The Forest of Dean, investigating the local landscape and its embedded narrative. This period of site specific research into the area’s redundant mines and their buried histories culminated in the work ‘Trafalgar (Disinterred)’, 2006. Early experimentation with miners lights is captured in ‘Transposed Pass’, 2005 – a 3 panelled photographic work mounted on aluminium.
